Date: Sunday, September 23, 2007
Speaker: Brother Jed Smock
Title: Confrontational Evangelism

There are all sorts of different ways to do evangelism today. There's friendship evangelism, lifestyle evangelism, marketplace evangelism, tract evangelism, servant evangelism... the list goes on and one! Brother Jed Smock, travelling campus preacher and famous for his confrontational evangelism tactics, shares his heart to preach on the streets and shout aloud for wisdom in the places where people gather. Acts 11:15-18 - Understanding Baptisms

Date: Sunday, September 16, 2007
Speaker: Michael Fisher
Title: Acts 11:15-18 - Understanding Baptisms

We've been going through the book of Acts since September 2006, one chapter, one story, at a time, and this week, in Acts 11:15-18, Peter recounts to the Jerusasalem church what God did in Ceasarea by baptizing the Gentiles in the Spirit. What is baptism in the Spirit? Where do we get the idea of speaking in tongues from? Is it even in the Bible? Sure is - almost every book of the New Testament specifically references it in fact.

The Key to Supernatural Power

Date: Sunday, September 9, 2007
Speaker: Brian Shuler
Title: The Key to Supernatural Power

The church is built on the supernatural working of the Holy Spirit in signs, wonders, and miracles. Apart from supernatural ministry, there'd be no Paul, no Peter, no John... no Jesus. There'd be no Elijah or Elisha, no Joshua, no Moses... Supernatural power is necessary for the Kingdom of God to be healthy and grow. So where do you get it? What's the key to supernatural power? You've come to the right place.

We've been going through the book of Acts since September 2006, one chapter, one story, at a time, and this week, in Acts 11:1-18, Peter recounts to the Jerusasalem church what God did in Ceasarea by baptizing the Gentiles in both water and the Spirit. Where do we get the idea of baptism from? What did Jesus say about it? Does it save you, or is it merely a symbol? Listen to the sermon and find out.
